I am NOT a computer techie. So, my use of my Acer computer is limited to home and some office use. I have had no problems with it, yet. At the time it was a good buy. I will probably upgrade in the future. But, for now it seems to serve its purpose in my household.
It is not the fastest on the market. But, a 333 processor does fine for what I need to do. The programs it came with help those like me who had to learn all about the internet from scratch. It really hasn't given me any problems. I haven't had to deal with the technical support issues, yet. But, if I have to, I will write another review and let you know what I think of that side of Acer.
I would recommend it to friends who aren't needing the BEST computer, but a decent price.
