Absolutely horrible. In addition to crashing my system (along with McAfee utilities), I have concurred and have been reassured by those in "the field" that utilities are worthless and incredibly troublesome. The only thing I recommend in this genre is anti-virus protection from a reputable company such as Norton, Panda, etc... Generally, if you run Windows, the system utilities included are all you need in regards to diagnostics.

I repeat, do not install utilities on your system. If you are not convinced, be prepared for a massive amount of incompatibilities. As a side note, I worked with Microsoft for nearly 3 weeks concerning my computers strange behavior after the installation, replaced my hard drive (yep), and continued to have problems. After un-installing the utilities, all was well!!!!
