a bit about financing

I wanted a good well known pc and all I got was problems.When I first called the 800 number "just looking" they sent me a pc with out my consent.All I had to do was answer a few credit questions over the phone and they had enough info to send it.Just two days later after i gave this investment some real thought I called back and I selected a faster pc with more disc space and a great graphics card,The computer of my dreams.I no time my first pc arived,the one they sent with out consent.It was not my dream machine.So I called up and we figured out they sent me two machines and the one I wanted to keep was on its way.No big deal,just send it back and wait for the other one.
The first bill showed up and they had charged me for both computers,I have had my pc for about 6 months,spent over 10 HOURS on the phone and still have not gotten this resolved.The problem is GATEWAY does not finance you an outside bank does,basicly they dont talk and dont want to know what the other is up to.
I do know one thing iI will never do buisness with gateway again.It is really to bad because the product is good but everything else sucks!!!
