I have a financial business that requires us to run several computers. I have tried four different brands including ACER & Packard Bell, and finally found a superior product as well as stellar service with DELL. They configured the computers to meet our extensive speed and memory needs (ie; twin 16GB hard drives, R/W-CD ROM, 512 Meg RAM). We had a problem with one of the monitors shortly after installing them. I called the customer service department and they had a new one on my doorstep the Next Day. We have been running the DELL products for almost two years now and have not had any problems outside the monitor which due to their exemplary service was not a problem either. Their components and peripherals are top of the line. A little more expensive, but definitely worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or any of its' products.
