I believe I will not agree that this service is fast. I do like to game and I ping 100-500 on the average during the night and 20-40 in the morning, so I believe the service is a bit oversold.
I also live in the South Point Ohio area and a lot of people I know will not pick up the service because of the bad reputation Armstrong has gotten.
I agree that getting your cable and internet bill together is nice but that is about all I can say good about it.
Maybe if the can make it faster it would be worth it. Some times at night it gets so slow that I download at 5k from sites I've seen 60k from during the day. I can't watch any streaming news media with out it looking like a slide show. It has been a frustrating experience.
I hope they fix what ever is slowing down. It was fast the first month they had service, but down hill from there.
