| jasonp5's Full Review: Dell Dimension XPS T600 |
I recently bought a new computer. After much research, I decided to go with Dell, so I went online, and custom designed my own computer. Three days later my computer arrived on my doorstep in three boxes. One hour later, the entire thing was put together and I was up and ready to go.
From the start, I knew I would like my Dell. The way that the instructions for setting everything up were laid out, and color coordinated someone with the most basic computer skills could have figured it out.
After six months, the computer is still working extremely well. I have only had one problem. My keyboard stopped working one day, I simply called Dell, and the very next day, there was a brand new keyboard on my doorstep with a package to return my old one.
The technical support is extremely knowledgable, and helpful. Within the last month, I received a computer virus, once again, I called Dell, and the Technical Representative guided me through the process of getting rid of it until my computer was completely clean once again!
This has been my first Dell Computer; however, it is very safe to say, that my next computer will be a Dell as well!
