I bought the laptop for work, and home use. As a truck driver I found out right at the first the battery life span was to short, in 2 to 3 hours it was dead. And no use to me, so I had to buy a car adaptor and keep it plugged in and throw the battery out the window.
And for home use, it's about the same, I had to keep it plug in to do any work for long periods of time on it. And if you like a small keyboard, you will love this laptop.
After all that, you'll find out it get's worse. With electrical system dies, fails to come out of sleep mode or even reboot half the time if you are lucky, it will wake up for you. And many time's it loses and cannot find its PCMCIA slot many time's in use.
And after a few months or so it started to get a lot of noise coming from the fan, so you could not hear the internal speakers, so I had to hook up external speakers so I could hear the music I was playing.
And I also found out one imported thing, back up ever thing you do every 1/2 hour on the hour or you will lose something fast, sooner or later....
My Toshiba was in the shop, more then it was at home. So I sold my headache before it got the best of me.....and took a lose on it.
