This site has lots of potential. Plus side is that you really don't have to do anything but refer people to their site. Another plus side is that they make sure people are not signing up their dog, cat, etc by limiting number per household to 2 AND they check this by verifying your mailing address by mailing you out a postcard with a pin number on it to activate your account.
This site is good because you can make some good money from direct referrals, $5 per referral for first 20 people and then $2 per referral. They also have a tier referral so that you make something for your referrals referrals, etc but don't think you really get that many 4 levels down at least I haven't noticed alot yet.
Both you and your referrals have to activate their account with the postcard pin number they snail mail you which means many people either forget and throw it away or just don't do it thinking you got paid just for them signing up. Good side is they do make it so you can see who signed up under you and you can send a reminder to them to watch for their postcard or for them to request another one.
I have a close friend who has spoken with them on the phone and she said they have been wonderful as well as I had to email them to resend my postcard as I never got it and they got it right out in the mail.
The catch to the site is you have to spend the first $250 of each $1000 you make with a merchant on their site. Good part with this is it is still FREE spending money and there are lots of things to search for. They have maid service for example. And basically you do a search for what you would like and they have merchants contact you with prices, etc so it is also a great way to comparision shop.
Personally it doesnt hurt to sign up for this one and refer your friends. You never know, you could make well over that $250 and actually get to ask for a check which is what they do. Once you reach $25 you can ask for a check or payment for merchant (havent done it yet so don't know exactly how it works) and once you spend that $250 with one of their merchants you can get a check for the rest to spend as YOU wish to spend.
They seem pretty good and I have played around with it a little bit as far as searching goes but haven't spent any of my money just yet.

Someone posted in comments that I didn't explain what Imandi is. I thought I did with a statement up a few paragraphs but guess I wasn't completely clear on it.
Basically what Imandi is is a site that helps you find merchants for things you would like to buy. From toys and products to services like maid service. You do a search of what you are looking to purchase and they have merchants in your area contact you with pricing and more information. (not sure if it includes online retailers or not as I haven't done many searches just yet). It is basically a great way to comparision shop for products or services in your area.
