CyberMax may just set a new record low for customer service. They have a fully automated answering system for Customer Service and Tech Support. The service will ask you to keep holding, twice, and then apologize before disconnecting you. I have been trying to get in touch with them for 20 days now, and continually get this response. There is no response to e-mail either.
I just needed to get a new power supply. I finally purchased one locally even though there is still 2 years left on my warranty. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Pa. and intend to do so with the Attorney General as well. False advertising. They charged me for services and support, then refused to honor the agreement, or refund my money.
I read on another opinion site (resellerratings.com) that the CyberMax parent company has filed for bankruptcy. If this is the case, all potential customers should look elsewhere to spend their money.
