Change in Rates - Again- Going Downhill Fast

Pointclick dropped the price per click today from 8 cents per click to just 5 cents per click (2 1/2 cents in real cash). Instead of doing only 125 clicks per day to reach your $10 per day maximum ($5 in cash), now it will take you 200 clicks per day to complete the maximum.
They have been having problems for weeks, their site is frequently down. For the last two weeks, they have been closing their site each night at 11:00 PM MST for "site maintenance" and it usually does not reopen until about 10:00 AM MST the next morning. Several times a week, it also closes during the day. They sure spend a LOT of time maintaining their site. These weird hours mean that late night people can't work on their account and people can't work on their account early in the morning before they leave for work. The site is so overworked in the evening hours that it moves like molasses. It has become a near physical impossibility to complete the $10 maximum each day because of the frequent shutdowns and slow site loading.
Their current payment plan only allows cash payment requests to be made during the last two days of each month. They won't just accept requests during the month for cash and hold them until the end of the month, they require everyone to wait around until just the last two days of the month and mail their requests in. You are out of luck if you get busy for a day or two and miss that tiny time slot.
Every month - there has been yet ANOTHER change in their rates - always to the detriment of the membership. They NEVER announce changes or problems at their web site. They NEVER send out e-mails to the member ship explaining why they do - what they do. Every change seems to be designed to make it harder and tougher to achieve their maximum.
I believe in playing fair. Pointclick is NOT playing fair. I follow the rules and I expect Pointclick to play fair back. I accept the fact the occasionally, sites have problems and need "maintenance". I find it real difficult to believe that a site needs "maintenance" every single night for 10 to 12 hours. I expect all "professional" sites to notify their membership of changes - both through the use of e-mail and on the home page of their site. I expect a "professional" site to get their act together and get their rates figured out once and for all, and NOT make monthly changes - month after month after month. Guess what I am saying is that Pointclick is NOT a very professional site.
