You Really gotta love the idea of FREE Internet. Launched in October 1998, NetZero is an Internet service that provides free Internet access to consumers just for looking at some advertising! I first heard about this ISP from some co-workers who had tried it, they told me it was free, it was pretty quick, and you always connect on the first try, just for letting them place an ad on your screen. I had already done the ad-in-my-window for money thing, so the ads didn't bother me a bit.

My favorite thing is that they have dialups in a lot of places you wouldn't think they would, many areas without AOL or any other major ISP services are covered by NetZero! With more dialups currently established than AOL, NetZero is fast, free internet access without busy signals, and you can spend your money on better things.

A big concern in my book was that I thought by getting free net access you'd be giving up the customer service you get with other pay ISP's, but that's not the case at all. Their staff is friendly and helpful and reply quickly to your emails. Tired of rude customer service? Are you paying too much to (get online to) read this review?
