More Bang for your Buck

A friend tipped me off to Winbook computers when I was in the market a year ago. The more I looked in to the company, the more appealing it looked. With their basic laptop starting at under $1000, they are an extremely good buy, especially to me on a limited budget. I was very pleased with the one I bought, as it had many features at a very reasonable price. The LCD quality was very good compared to some other laptop LCD's I've seen. Also, everything was self contained - the CD ROM, and the 3.5" floppy drive were all internal. Nothing was external, which meant nothing major to carry around and possibly lose. The laptop was a bit large, but not extremely so. It was still very portable and easy to carry (especially with that extra dough in your pocket!). The only downside was that I had to wait several weeks for them to build and ship the laptop, though it did come very quickly once it was shipped.
