First off I should state I do not own a ABS computer however I did order a model but canceled it after I received a smug reply from a darlene in sales at abs. I placed an order but questioned why they wanted twice as much for shipping and handling than their competitors. I also stated that
I was not in a hurry and was willing to wait a little longer if it would reduce my shipping cost . I received a rather rude reply that stated that they use FedEX and would receive my computer in two days and also that UPS was a terrible delivery company and would I be happy if the computer came all broken up to my house.
I was all set to purchase this system but this email put a bad taste in my mouth I figure if ABS is this rude to you in their sales dept. how are they going to treat you if you need support? So I decided to look elsewhere and found a company called cyberpower which sells both packaged and customized systems .
I bought a customized system that is very similar to ABS's but had a larger monitor and better speakers for almost 200.00 less. And the best part is I had a much greater selection of components to chose from .
