A terrible experience!

Cybermax gave me the worst ordering experience I have ever encountered. I ordered an Athlon K7 from them in September. They said two weeks and I'd have it. After two weeks I called and got put on hold for an hour. We're waiting for the motherboards, they said. After four more weeks of excuses (we don't have the DVD, we don't have the K7 chips, we don't have...). and an hour on hold each time, I cancelled the order. Being more than a little stupid, I gave them another try in October. It was exactly the same experience, although this time I cancelled after 4 weeks. In short, Cybermax found every excuse as to why they couldn't ship after they had accepted the order and promised delivery.
Cybermax's prices might be compelling, but their service is terrible. Judging from the comments of a few of my friends, my experience doesn't appear to be uncommon.
