I purchased this product about 5 months ago. It developed a noisy fan which eventually stopped and now the unit operates slowly. I called HP's service number and they have referred me to a local service site which I tried to go to yesterday but it was no longer there. I called back and got 2 others and tried to go to one of them this morning but could not find it either... so I will have to call and find out if the sites exist before traveling to find them. This doesn't give me much confidence in HP's warranty support network. The unit otherwise has been pretty good. it occasionally locks up and when it does the on/off button is useless, I have to unplug it to restart it. I expected better from HP. I would rate it average as compared to the many PC's I own or have owned.
