Pros: Very easy to setup and start, also comes with tutorial for the novice computer user.
Cons: I hope this will last me a few good years as they say that a computer bought today is almost out of date in 6 months or so.

I must say for having been using computers for many years now I finally broke down and bought one for my home.
I have heard only positive things about this company and it's computers. I even had some questions about my order and the shipping dates and the customer service agents were very friendly and helpful. Now mind you, I know that they are selling me a computer, but I think when you are buying what I consider a somewhat high-cost item, I would like to be treated like a human being.
The setup and installation of this computer was very easy. Of course I must say I do have some experience here, because my work allows me to take care of problems with PC's that we use there.
I only had an additional drive added to my box for making CD's and using it as a disk backup too. I could not see ordering the 850 MHZ model for another $500 (APPROX.). I guess if you want to have the fastest and the baddest you can spend it, but for only 50 MHZ more I just couldn't see the value in the cost. I got almost the exact same machine, monitor, and speakers for the lesser amount. I did upgrade the DVD player too in mine just so it would be the latest and greatest.
So far I have experienced no major problems with this computer and (crossing fingers) I hope I never do.
I would recommend this computer as well as any of Dell's other types.
