When I was looking for a new motherboard to put my new k6-3 400 in I was asking around in a whole bunch of different forums. The motherboard that popped up the most was this one. Everyone who owned one said that the was really stable and a pretty good overclocking board. It also has support of ATA 66 and one meg of cache. So, after a little research I bought it!
So far I have used this board for half a year and I have not had any problems with it yet. Everything I have put onto the board has worked without a hitch. I have 2 hard drives (4.3 and 7.2 Maxtor), one CD-ROM drive, a TNT2 v770, an aureal turtle...something card...(I don't remember what it is), and a Lite-on network card. Completely stable!
I would recommend this motherboard for anyone who needs a good socket 7 solution.
