I purchased a manufacturer's in home warranty with my HP Pavilion 6360. It specifies "Service will be provided in your home or business." I have spent over twelve hours on the phone between 3-8-00 and 8-29-00 and all of the HP and HP contracted people (20+) that I have talked to have refused to provide me with in home service. They insist that we must first "run diagnostics" on the computer, although there is no mention whatsoever about that in my contract. They are willing to return a pro-rated amount of my warranty payment which would leave me out 80% of the warranty cost plus the cost of the computer since it is worthless as it is. My 6330 has bugs too, but that's another story.
