The 445XiPlus 21 inch monitor from Nokia is an excellent piece of equipment. I've been using it for 6 months now and have never been disappointed by its performance. 1024x768 on this monitor is great for sitting back and reading or writing without straining your eyes. 1600x1200 is crystal clear when you need to fit a lot on the screen like when using desktop publishing or imaging software. The footprint is quite big though, so make sure you have a plenty of room on your desk. The controls on the front to move and change the screen width and height are easy to use. I also like how both linux installations I've done have included the profile for this particular monitor making it a lot easier to setup.

I've worked on Viewsonic and other brand 21" monitors as well, and I wouldn't trade my Nokia for any of them.
