I bought my Micron in December of 1999 And I love this thing. I knew nothing about computers and neither did my children but with the help of Micron U (included with Purchase) the children and I are getting very good at this computing stuff. I have had one problem with my micron, My DVD drive went out but I called Micron and they had the replacement part at my door the next morning ( really ) and had a service man that afternoon so I was only down for less than 24 hrs. Their response to this problem sold me to Micron. When and if this comp ever does totally quit I will get another. Mine is different from standard-- I got a 466 celeron processor 128 k with 13.5 gb I also got a Lexmark 3200 printer with mine and I got it through C U Shopper for 1495.00 that includes s/h.Great Deal
