Today my Opinion will be about NEW Laptop from DELL 5000e Series.

First let me tell you exact information on what I have here.

This system is perfect desktop for you home or office you can do anything with this, basicly with this system you don't have to worry about anything beginning from "good" perfomance of all your software and ending if something happen you got 3 ..yes 3 years Service from DELL. Dell will do anything to get what customer want (I just replace my 17' Monetor from my Desktop ..2 years old) so service is good ..
Now let's talk about some "inside" stuff.

Video
I have tryed all games that i have on this baby including Half-Life,All NFS games 1,2,3,4..Porshe etc, all high end 3D games run like 40 Frames/Second on resolution 1000x and color of 32Bit. Also I have on it 3D Studio MAX ...wow perfomance is really good ...so in other words ATI card with 16MB is kick ASS

Music Chip
Well here I don't see much diffirence with all desktop cards ..same 3D sound etc etc ...(I have Creative Labs Platinum on my desktop so you getting idea)

Screen
UltraXGA - You just have to see it to Get idea what UXGA is !!!

Battary.
About 2,5 hours on each with FULL Speed and about 10 minutes more without ..

Ports
All ports you'll ever need
One USB,One Serial,One Parallel,One Infrared.
Also you'll have S-Video out and in ..so you can use your TV as BIG monetor,and Port Replicator port.

The Laptop itself made from some plastic easy to brake but that's DELL actually they better do as sony did metal one ..
