I am a network systems manager and Microsoft Certified Professional that services over 40 clients, some of which are totally committed to Dell hardware. Having the responsibility of making sure the network is functional I have had hands on experience with several Dell XPS T systems and I can confidently recommend them on several levels. I have yet to see a system not work properly right out of the box. All the hardware on the inside is respected, name brand equipment. On the occasions that a user has operated his/her PC in a way that caused issues I couldn't resolve, Dell tech support was reasonably quick to get on the phone and knowledgeable of the system in question. The only failure of a component I have witnessed was a hard drive in a system that was two and half years old. The customer had paid for a three year warranty, so Dell dispatched a field tech the next day with a new drive for the system. I'm sold on them.
