I bought this camera as a complete novice on a computer and a "virgin" on the internet. It was a purchase made purely on advise from a salesman at a well know computing store, thinking I was being given the best advise. Oh how wrong I was! I have had nothing but problems with this device. At first,the camera it's self was faulty and had to go back to the store where I purchased it, then the loading disc with the second camera was faulty, it would not load passed the part where Windows was looking for the Audio driver. I was advised that maybe the device needed a seperate microphone, so I bought a microphone, that did not solve it. I then got advise from Philips directly, only to be informed that there are still problems with the loading disc. I am currently still trying to get a new loading disc so I can use my camera, bought in August 1999,9 months from todays date.
