I feel everyone should be able to understand who is on the other end of the phone, when the company offers this service, and not have someone with an accent that is hard to understand even the name. Once through this part of it they offer one of the best service departments,with very knowledgeable people that will help you until it is right. I have an on going problem with my modem and have replaced this part 2 times. The company walks you through the process from start to finish so you can get the piece in right and have your machine up and running as fast as posible. The company supplied the package, invoice and lable to return the used part. With this process it only took 2 days from call to set up and return of product, now that is what I call fast.
