I really was enthusiastic about not having to pay for internet service, but netzero turned my enthusiasm into hatred. I have had many problems with the software that I have repeatedly downloaded from the netzero website. As soon as I open the program, it shuts off and I can never log on. Other people I have talked to also are experiencing similar difficulties. If netzero gets its software into gear and it internet connections to be more reliable, then it will be the best ISP out there. Their new "Zeroport" which pops up as soon as you log on now shows useful information along with those annoying ads.
