More like... "Start Waiting"

I've been a member of Start Sampling for about 6 months or so. I thought it was a very neat idea for a web site, and I can see how manufacturers would be thrilled to have a company like Start Sampling available to them so they can easily test their product with a variety of people.
The site itself is great - very easy to use, intuitive, etc. They do warn you that the more items you "order" the longer it may take to receive them. My first thought was, "OK, so maybe a few weeks." I waited and waited and waited. After 6 mos as a member and signing up for samples twice, I have received ONE - count 'em - ONE SAMPLE (2 tea bags)! That one came this week in the mail! Can you say SHOCKED?
I realize that there are probably only a limited supply of samples - but that should be easy to track and compare to the number of orders they receive. Even better, they could let people sign up for a particular sample online and then send the people who sign up on time an email invitation to try the product [similar to Drugstore.com's test drive. Why is it that everything Jeff Bezos is associated with seems to work so well? :)].
My overall advice...I wouldn't waste my time with this site.
