Get x-setup from www.xteq.com it does what tweak IU does and so much more.
Get Sisoftware's Sandra2001, when you run it, it will tell you simple things to optimize your computer
Get Regclean and Regcompact from www.regedit.com
They will clean and defragment your registry files.
Cacheman is a handy utility for monitoring memeory usage and can help you configure your cache settings.
All of the above utilities are free.
