I recently purchased a Dell re-furbished XPS-T 600, it's a great computer!
If you want to get a great new computer, I would highly recommend the Dell
re-furbished. These are systems that have been returned and then Dell
tears them completely apart, and puts them through the production process
all over again. They are as good as any new computer, with the same 3 year
warranty, and 14 day return policy, and are a heck of a lot cheaper than
a new Dell system.
We purchased a XPS-T 600, w/ Pentium III 600, 13.6 gb Hard Drive, 128 mb
RAM, 48X CD-Rom, CD-RW Drive, 32 mb Video Card, 56k Modem, 17" .26 dp
Flat Screen Monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Windows 98, and more Software
that was pre-loaded. We paid $1497 for the entire system!! Through Dell
the same system new was $1786, and through Gateway was $1868.
We've had the new computer for about 2 weeks, and this is one great, fast,
computer!! I would encourage anyone in the market for a new computer, go
