I purchased this game because PC Gamer the leading magazine is just one of the many pc gaming mags that is always talking about how GREAT this game is it is awesome. A wide range of weapons. Plus its very challenging. There are tons of great mods out for this so the challenge never ends and its always exciting. It is easy to start playing Great controls. Plus it is very hard to beat in my mine that is one of the downsides and in my opinion straight action games are the best like Rogue Spear one of my favorites, but anyway if your into action and a little bit of a challenge play half life. If your into straight action games or something different I would download the demo. I love it and I played for a long time before I bought motocross madness a great motocross sim very amusing! I would give half life a 3 1/2 stars if I could.


p.s. The multiplayer is slow and hard to get a good game going they should have it on the zone would make it a lot easier
