If you own or have played the PC version of Quake II; I highly recommend that you do not buy this game. The animations in Q2 on the n64 are just plain horrible, espically the gun. It seems like they used an average of 3 frames on any weapon that fires. That from the git-go really disapointed me. The one thing I enjoyed about this title was the new levels which did keep my attention for awhile. The mulitplayerer was somewhat fun but not very creative. If you want to have a successful game now a days; you have to be creative. I liked the expansion pack use but the graphics were so so. I would recommend this title to someone who does not own a pc or who has never played it on the pc, otherwise this game was made for the pc and it should stay there.
