Yes, I realize that there are many chat/messaging services out there. However, this just happens to be the one I use.

PalTalk...is just exactly what it sounds like. Talking to your pals. No more typing!! And, I can keep in touch with my relatives for free!!

All it takes is 40 seconds or less to download. This is freeware. You of course need a microphone.

Some of the services available are: Group text chat, enhanced privacy features, away state, hands free option (or just use the ctrl key), mic and volume control, file transfer, random online user search, PalTalk groups. All of this is free when you download PalTalk.

And, they are promising conference calling and video and more in the very near future!

Now, as for the sound and clarity of the calls...excellent. It does take a few tries to get everything adjusted just the way you like it. But only a few minutes.

This reliable device has allowed me to communicate daily with loved ones, that I normally would not be able to contact very frequently.

Just think...ZERO cents a minute!! Wow what a commercial that would make huh? :)
