I was sent the email about free postage and thought--WOW! This sounds good. Well,as usual--nothing is worth nothing. I filled out the form and sat back and waited and waited and--- on and on. Gave a call to customer service and many emails! Turns out they were having problems and could not tell when nor even if I would get my envelopes. I see this has been the same with several folks here at EP. You would think that they would stop sending emails but guess what--I got one yesterday wanting me to fill out another form--trash canned that you can be sure of!
