linux-mandrake has the most polished user interface of all the linux products i've worked with which includes red hat 6.2, corel, and turbo linux. it also has some great tools for common applications such as setting up a gateway for your home lan. i worked on setting up red hat 6.1 on my server and configuring it to act as a gateway for a couple of weeks when i found out about linux-mandrake's draknet tool. i installed the product and set up my home lan within 3 hours. and that includes the formatting of the hard disk. very cool. i've actually gon out and bought a retail copy of the CD so that i can pay the good people of linux-mandrake for helping me get my gateway up and running. a must have for anyone trying to acquaint themselves with the linux OS.
