| jmurphy.lnk's Full Review: Dell Dimension L433 |
We recently purchased about 35 of these machines for our business. They arrived promptly, and in good condition. Only one machine out of the 35 had any problems (bad CD-ROM drive), and this was quickly repaired by a technician sent to our office by Dell. These PC's really scoot too, especially for the price.
We initially purchased Dell machines based on the price, the ability to configure the PC's on a web page, and Dell's reputation for reliability. Any small business considering upgrading to new PC's should give Dell their first consideration. Their small business support center makes the entire transaction, and continued support after purchase very easy.
To save money (and this opinion won't be popular with Dell) considering keeping an older monitor, and just upgrading the PC. The video quality won't be up to standard, but you'll be able to put out more quality machines for the same price.
I will continue to do business with Dell, and recommend them highly to others.
