First, they must come up with a method of stopping all the spam. For AOL's email system to be brought up to the level of a first-class system, they need to stop your inbox from being loaded up with junk.

Second, the entire email system needs to be upgraded. The interface hasn't had substantive enhancement in years. Where's the "bcc" address box?

Third, the address book is the worst. Totally infantile and definetly NOT for power users.

I love AOL for some things, but NOT for email. In fact, I have my screen name blocked for email.

Listen up AOL - work on your email system. Your users deserve it.
