This card is all around great, with amazing performance in games and in regular 2d applications. With the TV out you can even fake the anti-aliasing that is present on newer generation of video cards coming out now. This (undocumented) feature comes from the fact that the TV is extremly blurry compared to the average computer moniter and this creates some low-tech anti-aliasing. The card also comes with every cable that you will need to hook it up to your tv. This includes S-Video cables, a type of cable that decreases noise and makes the picture better.
The reason to get this card over any other video card with TV out is the inclusion of video-in. This is the one buying point that this card has over any of the other next generation cards coming out today and it should make the difference in your decision to buy it. If you own a video camera and want to do some video editing on your computer as well as play games I would suggest getting this card for that feature.
The last and least important of all the packins are the 3d glasses. While they are very cool in concept, you can't use them with the TV out because of the low refresh rate. On the regular computer they work fine other then the fact you get a headache pretty soon after you begin wearing them. You must also run the games that you are playing at a low resolution. Overall the glasses don't add very much to the gaming experience. Other than that it is pretty much the same as any other SDR ge-force card out there in terms of speed. The bundled utilities that come with it are pretty nice, including a RAM and CPU over-clocker and a temperature/speed checker.
