Among the Elite Laptops in the Industry

Once again, Dell continues its dominance in the computer industry with its new and improved line of Latitude and Inspiron laptop/notebook computers. The Dell laptops continue to be among the most reliable and best performing products on the market. With great active matrix screens that have a better resolution than competing models like the Toshiba Satellites, and a comfortable layout for people with big hands and small alike, there really isn't a more pleasurable machine on the market.
As is the tradition with all Dells, you get the opportunity to order exactly what you want. Thus, if you need to build a laptop for performance, you add a larger hard drive, more RAM, etc. At the same time, if you're looking for something just so that you can take notes on road trips, you can thin out the machinery and make it cheaper. Having this ability means that you get to have EXACTLY what you want. It just doesn't get any better.
Even if you go with a slim package at first, and decide at a later point that you want to upgrade, this is an easy task with Dells' laptops. Adding RAM and increasing HD space is remarkably easy considering that in some laptops, upgrading RAM isn't even an option.
The only downside to Dell's laptops is price. However, I personally feel that spending a few extra dollars to have a Dell is worthwhile, particularly considering the reputation it has earned for providing top notch customer service and a product that is defective quite infrequently. Even still, Dell has provided pretty good rate packages of late.
Most importantly, however, is that the point of a laptop if to have the ability to use it when out of the office, whether that be local or out of town. Either way, when you're trying to conduct business away from the office, the last thing you want is to have computer difficulties. For the most part, Dell's laptops have been extremely reliable. The only hitch to this statement would be the recent memory recall. However, if you've had your memory checked out, you won't have any other problems. This is definitely the notebook to go with, in my opinion.
