Hello, I just purchased a brand new Dell Dimension XPS T 700r desktop computer. I have never felt more fulfilled as a consumer. I ordered the PC online, and with ease. Order processing time, PC construction, and delivery took a little bit over 2 weeks. This PC's components were selected and compiled by me, for my needs. Dell also built this computer specifically for me. Installation of the PC was an absolute breeze. The PC came complete with "for dummies" installation instructions. They were easy to follow and comprehensive.

There were not too many, if any, sore points with my experience with Dell. I did have some initial problems with the order process, which were rectified within a couple of days. I also had a slight problem with the price. For the PC (700Mhz processor, 20.4G hard drive, 128MB RAM, DVD ROM, CD-RW, Windows 98), 21" monitor, late model scanner, late model printer, McAfee Virus Scan, plus interest for approximately $5500. But you know what they say, "You get what you pay for". The only other problem with my order was that the printer came on a separate day. Other than those couple of things my order was virtually seamless.

This is, in my opinion, one of the top of the line PC's out there today. It has everything I need to operate on the internet, play games, conduct business, and do just about anything else I want or need to do. This computer can do it all, with ease. If you are looking for a well-built, durable, easy to install, and FUN PC, look to Dell.
