I have heard many mixed opinions about Gateway Computers. I have heard alot of negative talk about thier customer service and their warranty policies. However, when I went to upgrade my computer system, after doing alot of research, I choose to get a Gateway computer.
So far I have had no problems (other then your standard windows problems...). I have been very happy. Also for me, their customer support staff has been more then helpful and I have enjoyed working with them the few times that I have.
My experience has been pretty good so far, and i have had the PC for about 8 months now, and no major problems so far. Maybe this is just because the last comptuer I had was horrible LOL, so anything is an improvement. :) Needless to say I do recommend them to computer shoppers.
