| HannibalKing's Full Review: Microsoft MSN Messenger Service |
Ok may I pose the question, why in the hell did microsoft deside to make an instant messenger program? I mean if they were not going to make it compatible with the other big named services like ICQ or AIM? I can see why they would deside to throw there hat into the messengeing craze, But as MS often does they have created a product that is useable but only with other people on MS Messenger service. I mean it's a pain enough haveing to get AIM with out haveing to download a second program, very simular to AIM might I add. I think it's time microsoft and AOL desided to help other than fight each other. The normal people that just want to communicate don't really get all that ticked when the other person is useing a diffrent program, why should the companies that make them? Well most likely money, if I had to guess.
But dont let my opinion effect your decision, I would say give it a try and see what you think. By the way, it does tell you when you have hotmail. But it's kinda useless if you dont have hotmail.
