Well I helped a friend out the other day hooking up his Gateway P.C.,Now Im usually a critic against Gateway P.C.s but the one I set up was not bad,(500 mghz. 96 mb. mem. 12.1 gig hard drive 16 mb video etc.),and the best part of it was the 19" monitor he opted for.After running the machine online for a while it was pretty impressive,it nevr seemed to show any strain whatsoever,as well as that I guess gateway throws in little IBM P.C cameras which on this machine compared to comparable systems,had a very clear image and very quick framerate.The killer is the price he claims he paid 1800.00 which seems pretty steep to me but of course thats with the 19" monitor.
