If anyone reading this review STILL has a Voodoo based graphics card in their machine, I'm about to set the record straight! The Guillemot Xentor 32 IS THE BEST TNT2 BASED CARD YOU CAN GET! Forget Voodoo, Nvidia makes the best graphics chipsets & the TNT2 is no exception. I have a Pentium 3 450MHz & with this card I can play games in 1280X1024 in 32-bit color!
The Xentor32 is clocked at 175Mhz for the Chip & 183Mhz for the memory. It supports AGP 1X & 2X, but not AGP 4X (which I think is the ONLY flaw in this card). It has 32 Megabytes of memory & TV-OUT for big screen gaming.
As of this review Guillemot has UPDATED drivers for the excellent card based on Nvidia reference drivers 5.22. These drivers REALLY make this card shine!
If your thinking about a better card than the Voodoo based graphic cards but don't have the money for the top of the line GeForce 256 based cards, the Guillemot Xentor 32 IS THE CARD FOR YOU!
