Computer Nightmare

I purchased a computer from ABS about 14 months ago & have had nothing but problems. So far we have had to have the hard drive replaced, the motherboard replaced, and have lost count of the system failures. I've had to reinstall windows multiple times. The latest in this fiasco is after sending it back for the second time in 14 months (so much for the on site warranty) they shipped it to the wrong address. This was after confirming my new address with them 5 or 6 times. Tech support wait times can be hours and hours long and most techs speak English as a second language. Don't make the same expensive mistake I did. Stay far away from ABS.
