I do warranty contract work for these PC's and by far this is the most stable platform on the market. I have only worked on 1 of these machines in 6 months. When we did the work we had to contact Dell. There support for there products is by far the best on the market. I wasn't on hold for more than 2 minutes. There tech's were knowledgeable and helpful. The PC is blisteringly fast and is well thought out. It is easy to work on and upgrade. If mail order is the way to buy then Dell is the product to have. There is no mistake to be made in owning one of these PC's. The only minus is all the garbage software pre-installed on the machine. Power users will trash this stuff first.
