I bought this motherboard last summer and have been extremely pleased with it. Unlike many other boards I have come across, this board booted up the first time I tried it and has run solid ever since. Installation was a snap. The layout is only average (floppy and IDE connectors are close, but the board's stability definitely makes up for that.
As far as overclocking is concerned, this board has the "now" standard features in the BIOS. There are several bus speeds above 100MHz, but increments of 1MHz are not available unless an external device is use. Voltage settings are tweakable to +5% and +10% of the chip's core and the secondary voltage plane is also tweakable (a feature not available in other boards). Overall if you're looking for the most overclockable board, pass this one up, but if you're looking for a board that is has a good combination of overclockability and stability, you can't go wrong with the IWill BD100+.
