I am a computer consultant who helps individuals buy, setup and learn new computers. I have 42 years of experience in the business and have owned, bought and setup MANY computers, including Dells. Because of 3 recent problems my clients have had with Dell computers, including this one, I will NEVER suggest to any client again that they look at a Dell computer. They have been completely non-responsive to legitimate technical complaints, have not answered letters, E-mails or phone messages to Customer service and only fixed one problem - a bum modem - when the lawyer client threatened legal action. Down on Dell!
