I have purchased 3 Quantex Computers over several years, and have recommended the purchase of several others. Of all the friends and relatives that have purchased a system from Quantex, none of them have had a bad experience. Quite the contrary, they all agree that the support is excellent. I have had a couple of problems, not necessarily with their machines, but my mistakes. Quantex has gone out of their way to help me correct the problems, and were very professional and knowledgeable. I would never consider purchasing any machine other than a Quantex.
