I have been signed up for FreeXDSL.com for about 5 months. I was one of the luckier people to actually get on the waiting list for them. They claim they are busy and installing things all the time. How can the expect to get positive feedback when they don't deliever what they claim to. They told me that I would have someone call me in a month or so to arrange a date. Yet five months later, no message, and no call.
I feel that I was jipped along with many others. They had to get personal information from me like my first and last name, address, phone number, email address, and more. Why would they want all of that information. Why do they need it? Why haven't I got a call?
I called them on their customer service number about five different times. Yet, I only got through one of those times, the other four times I was waiting on the phone for about an hour and just gave up. Luckily, the 3rd time I called I actually talked to a person. They said that I should have got a call, but since I didn't I had to go to the bottom of the waiting list. They then promised a call a month later, at latest.
Two months later still no call, message, letter, or anything. I feel like my information has been misused for their own gain. I don't know whats going on with this company. But I wouldn't join it.
