About a year a a half ago we went searching for a computer that contained (built in) certain requirements. We purchased a Compaq Presario 4500. I can not say enough good things pertaining to this machine. The computer was very easy to learn and to use (first timers). The support we received from Compaq was great. They listened and helped and were so kind knowing that we were first time users. Their support was unsurpassed as far as I am concerned. This I gathered by talking to other computer users. So THANK YOU Compaq. We are now hoping to purchase one with more memory and a faster processor.
