| KarenLevy's Full Review: Ready for School Toddler |
Since my husband and I are both into computers we were anxious to get my son started on the computer too. At age 2 he was too young to use the mouse. Fisher Price Toddler was the perfect answer.
There are two different levels of play. At the first level no mouse skills are required. All the kids have to do is hit a button on the keyboard to play. At this level the children practice counting skills, letters and the ABC song, shape and color recognition, prepositions and animal recognition and their sounds. There are a couple of games just for fun like blowing bubbles, coloring in pictures, and singing along with songs.
The second level does require mouse skills so when your child is finished with level 1, there is a whole new program at level 2. Level 2 practices similar skills as level 1, but with all new games. They really are fun. In one game the children have to help the character clean up their bedroom by finding a certain number of each item.
This was and still is a very enjoyable game for my 4 year old son.
